Andrew is a mechanical engineer with over 20 years of engineering experience related to district energy and energy efficiency with various locations in Canada. He is responsible for managing the User Building Conversion Program for FVB Energy Inc., as well as managing projects in detailed design and feasibility study stages. His work includes the design and management of projects related to district heating, district cooling, steam-to-hot water conversions, biomass and combined heat and power. Andrew has significant expertise in building automation and controls, building modelling, building performance improvements and in the design of energy transfer stations and building conversions for various types of buildings. He has also been involved in alternative energy projects, including biomass, geothermal and solar.
